Our Executive Producer is an active volunteer, sits on multiple boards of trustees of variously sized organizations and understands the needs of both large and small non-profits. We value creating projects that benefit our community. Because of that, we work mostly with non-profit organizations. We take pride in being able to bring exemplary project management skills and professional people to your project. Our Executive Producer ensures that every member of the Haven Falls team understands, and is able to work alongside, the unique goals and constraints you face everyday.
All non-profits are sensitive to budgets; we are too. In fact, because we specialize in working with organizations like yours, we usually work on a fixed-fee basis. We carefully construct the scope of work and milestones so that your decision-makers can know in advance exactly what your investment, timeline and deliverables will be. Your needs are different from that of a profit-driven business and we are careful to work in conjunction with your strengths. For example, most non-profits are able to lower costs by providing all of the on-camera people and locations as part of what they bring to the project. We structure the project so that we impact your normal operations as little as possible. That way we can guarantee your satisfaction with both the end product and the process.
