YES, but there is a catch...
We strongly prefer fixed-fee contracts that allow us to manage the project working together with you in friendly and professional collaboration. This allows us to keep the scope of work a bit fluid to ensure we can complete the final deliverable in a way that achieves your objectives within budget and on time. When we work within a fixed-fee arrangement, we have you approve milestones after which they cannot be changed without additional payment. So, as long as you do not change your mind after a milestone is approved, we can stay within your budget.
If your organization requires precise time and materials billing, we are happy to consider this. While we rarely consider time and materials contracts with budget caps for new clients, we will do so for subsequent projects, and if the proper budget amount is available.
