Based right here in Davis, Haven Falls Motion Picture Productions, LLC wants to help you earn at least that much in just three short months! Our award-winning production company is looking to grow. This summer we are assembling a team to assist in that effort who will work closely with our CEO. These FOUR EXCEPTIONAL people will have the following qualifications:

THE SELECTION PROCESS

Monday, March 31 - Applications are available
Monday, March 31 through Monday, May 5 - Applicants apply
Monday, May 12 - Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 17 - Group interviews held in Davis for most applicants
Wednesday, May 21 - Finalists notified
Week of May 26 - Final personal interviews
Monday, June 2 - Team selected
Saturday, June 7 - Unpaid team building fun (depending on team's finals schedule)
Thursday, June 12 - (Last day of finals)
Tuesday, June 17 through Saturday, June 21 - Paid training
Monday, June 23 through Friday, September 12 - Dates of employment


COMPENSATION

The four-person group will elect its own leader who will have two additional responsibilities: managing expense accounts and chairing meetings. (The team leader's additional compensation is the extra experience.) Everyone will have a sales quota of $120,000. All members will make a primary commission of 5% on every sale they make. Each member of the team that meets their quota will receive an additional base commission of 5% on every sale they make (not just those made after they reach their quota). The whole team has a sales goal of $600,000. If the team reaches its goal, every member of the team who reaches their quota receives a team bonus commission of 1% on every sale made by the whole team.

The bottom line for those not inclined to do the math right now is that if you make your quota and the team makes its goal, you make between $18,000 and $30,000 in commissions in three months, depending on how much you contributed over your quota to the team's making its goal. How's that for a summer job to write home about?
